Dayana Rodriguez is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with five years of bedside nursing experience at Baptist Hospital. She cared for complex and critically ill patients in a multispecialty step-down unit, working closely with intensive care teams and physicians across multiple specialties. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from West Coast University and has also served as a preceptor to new nurses.
